I cooked one piece of snapper via baking as a test as I'm using for Christmas dinner. Perhaps I over baked but the fillet did not taste as I'd hoped.
The fish has been delicious. Really satisfied with the quality and flavor. So far I've tried the sable fish, the sockeye salmon and tonight the halibut. All very good. It took awhile to convince myself to try it but I'm glad I did.

I had to immediately purchase another batch because I loved the first one so much. These crab legs rank among the best I've ever had. Delicious! I can't eat too many of them since they're so meaty. I've eaten these crab legs at a well-known restaurant that I won't mention. They were expensive, small, and awful. I was really let down. I've placed orders with other businesses, but the quality left me feeling let down. I got my mother a subscription as a present and she has really enjoyed it. She loves the variety, portion sizes, freshness and excellent quality. Her favorites are the sable fish and snapper.

The service and fish exceeded our expectations! We are new a customer and the fish is outstanding! Our recent order included Sea Scallops that were huge and delicious! We also tried Coho Salmon that was better than described - if you love salmon this is it! We also reordered the Pacific Cod - which is the best cod ever!
